SureShot Tipping Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SureShot Tipping!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SureShot Tipping website located at https://www.sureshot.au ("SureShot Tipping") and its associated services, including participation in the 2025 AFL and NRL tipping competitions. By accessing and using SureShot Tipping, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance and Changes

Acceptance: By using SureShot Tipping, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to use our website.

Changes: We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised terms will apply from the date of publication on the website.

2. Competition Details

Competition Period

The AFL competition begins on 01/02/2025 and ends on 27/09/2025.
The NRL competition begins on 01/02/2025 and ends on 05/10/2025.

Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Entrants must register as a user on the SureShot Tipping website (https://www.sureshot.tips) to participate.

To be eligible for the major prizes in the Overall Site Competitions:

• AFL ($1,000 prize): Participants must register and submit tips before the first bounce of Round 1 (March 2025, exact date TBC)
• NRL ($500 prize): Participants must register and submit tips before kickoff of Round 1 (March 2025, exact date TBC)

Participants are welcome to join either competition after these times but will not be eligible for the major prizes.

Exclusions

Directors, officers, management, and employees of SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd (ACN 674 026 370), and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Entrants must create an account on the SureShot Tipping website to enter the competition. One entry per person is permitted.

Major Prizes

Two major prizes are available:

• AFL Overall Site Competition: $1,000 AUD
• NRL Overall Site Competition: $500 AUD

Winners are determined based on the highest total confidence score accrued during the respective Competition Periods. The criteria for determining winners are as follows:

1. The primary factor is the total confidence score.
2. Secondarily, the number of correct tips throughout the 2025 season, including finals series.
3. In the event of a tie, the winner is the tipper with the highest number of correct tips.
4. If a tie persists, the tie-breaker moves to the tipper with the most correct Confidence Rating 1 games, then Confidence Rating 2 games, and so on, through to Confidence Rating 9.
5. If a clear winner is still not determined, the major prize will be awarded to the tipper who registered first on the SureShot Tipping website in 2025.

Winner Determination

Major prize winners will be notified by email within two business days of determination. Winners' names will be published on the SureShot Tipping website:

• AFL winner: Published on 27/09/2025 for 28 days
• NRL winner: Published on 05/10/2025 for 28 days

Unclaimed Prizes

Prizes must be claimed by:

• AFL prize: 5pm (ACST) on 03/10/2025
• NRL prize: 5pm (ACST) on 10/10/2025

If any major prize remains unclaimed by these dates, SureShot will re-award the prize to the next highest scoring tipper in the respective competition.

3. Use of SureShot Tipping

Permitted Use: For personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction or redistribution of website content for commercial purposes without permission.

Prohibitions: No fraudulent use, multiple account creations for deceptive purposes, or any activity that disrupts the website's operability or security.

4. Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd. Use of the site content is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Third-Party Websites

SureShot Tipping is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites accessed through our site. Interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk.

6. Liability

While we strive for accuracy, SureShot Tipping does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information provided. We will not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the website.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Your privacy is paramount. We collect and use your information according to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.sureshot.au/privacy, which outlines how we protect your data and your rights regarding this information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
