These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SureShot Tipping website located at https://www.sureshot.au ("SureShot Tipping") and its associated services, including participation in the 2024 SureShot Tipping competition. By accessing and using SureShot Tipping, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance: By using SureShot Tipping, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to use our website.
Changes: We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised terms will apply from the date of publication on the website.
The competition begins on 01/02/2024 and ends on 28/09/2024 ("Competition Period").
Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Entrants must register as a user on the SureShot Tipping website (https://www.sureshot.au) to participate. Registration and participation are subject to the terms and conditions available at SureShot Tipping Website Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible for the $1,000 major prize in the Overall Site Competition, participants must have registered and submitted their tips before the first bounce of the Opening Round (7.03.2024 at 7:30pm AEDT). This ensures all participants have a fair start in the competition. Participants are welcome to join the competition after this time, but will not be eligible for the major prize.
Directors, officers, management, and employees of SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd (ACN 674 026 370), and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must create an account on the SureShot Tipping website to enter the competition. One entry per person is permitted.
One major prize of $1,000 AUD is available. The winner is determined based on the highest total confidence score accrued during the Competition Period within the SureShot Overall Site Competition. The criteria for determining the winner are as follows:
The major prize is awarded based on performance in the SureShot Overall Site Competition only. While participants may engage in multiple competitions and potentially achieve higher scores elsewhere, only scores within the SureShot Overall Site Competition are considered for the major prize.
The major prize winner will be notified by email within two business days of determination. The winner’s name will be published on the SureShot Tipping website on 28/09/2024 for 28 days.
Prize must be claimed by 5pm (ACST) on 04/10/2024. If the major prize has not been accepted or claimed by this date, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, SureShot Tipping cannot contact the major winner (or the major winner does not contact SureShot) by the claim date, the entry will be discarded.
SureShot will re-award the major prize on 05/10/2024 to the next tipper with the highest total confidence score and game score (correctly predicted winning teams). This ensures the prize is awarded to a participant who meets the competition criteria.
A minor prize is available through a random chance draw. To be eligible, users must have registered as a SureShot user before the first bounce of the Opening Round (07/03/2024 at 7:00pm ACDT) and must have submitted tips for the overall site competition.
The minor prize consists of an AFL team guernsey of the winner's choice, including size selection, with a total value of up to AUD $140. The draw for the minor prize will take place at the conclusion of the Opening Round on Sunday, 10 March 2024.
The winner of the minor prize will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.
Permitted Use: For personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction or redistribution of website content for commercial purposes without permission.
Prohibitions: No fraudulent use, multiple account creations for deceptive purposes, or any activity that disrupts the website's operability or security.
All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd. Use of the site content is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
SureShot Tipping is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites accessed through our site. Interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk.
