SureShot Tipping Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SureShot Tipping!
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SureShot Tipping website located at sureshot.au and its associated services, including participation in AFL, NRL and BBL tipping competitions. By accessing and using SureShot Tipping, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period
This promotion commences at 12:00am ACDT on 30 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACDT on 5 March 2026 ("Promotional Period").
Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over
- New registrations only – existing SureShot Tipping users are not eligible
- One entry per person
- Directors, officers, management, employees of SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd (ACN 674 026 370), and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter
How to Enter
To enter, simply register a new account on the SureShot Tipping website (sureshot.au) during the Promotional Period. No purchase is necessary. Registration is free.
Prize
- One (1) prize of a $250 AUD Visa Gift Card
- Total prize pool value: $250 AUD
- Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Winner Selection
The winner will be determined by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will be conducted on 6 March 2026 at the offices of SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd, Melrose Park, South Australia.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner's first name and suburb/state will be published on the SureShot Tipping website within 7 days of the draw and will remain published for 28 days.
Prize Claim
The winner must respond to the notification email and provide a valid Australian postal address within 14 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
General Conditions
- Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
- The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance and Changes
Acceptance: By using SureShot Tipping, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to use our website.
Changes: We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised terms will apply from the date of publication on the website.
2. Competition Details
Competition Period
The AFL competition begins on 01/02/2026 and ends on 26/09/2026.
The NRL competition begins on 01/02/2026 and ends on 04/10/2026.
The BBL competition runs during the Australian summer cricket season (the 2025/26 season is currently live).
Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Entrants must register as a user on the SureShot Tipping website to participate.
To be eligible for the major prizes in the Overall Site Competitions:
- AFL ($2,000 prize): Participants must register and submit tips before the first bounce of Opening Round (5 March 2026)
- NRL ($500 prize): Participants must register and submit tips before kickoff of Round 1 in Las Vegas (28 February 2026)
Participants are welcome to join any competition after these times but will not be eligible for the major prizes.
Exclusions
Directors, officers, management, and employees of SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd (ACN 674 026 370), and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Entrants must create an account on the SureShot Tipping website to enter the competition. One entry per person is permitted.
Major Prizes
Two major prizes are available:
- AFL Overall Site Competition: $2,000 AUD
- NRL Overall Site Competition: $500 AUD
Winners are determined based on the highest total confidence score accrued during the respective Competition Periods. The criteria for determining winners are as follows:
- The primary factor is the total confidence score.
- Secondarily, the number of correct tips throughout the season, including finals series.
- In the event of a tie, the winner is the tipper with the highest number of correct tips.
- If a tie persists, the tie-breaker moves to the tipper with the most correct Confidence Rating 1 games, then Confidence Rating 2 games, and so on, through to Confidence Rating 9.
- If a clear winner is still not determined, the major prize will be awarded to the tipper who registered first on the SureShot Tipping website.
Winner Determination
Major prize winners will be notified by email within two business days of determination. Winners' names will be published on the SureShot Tipping website:
- AFL winner: Published on 26/09/2026 for 28 days
- NRL winner: Published on 04/10/2026 for 28 days
Unclaimed Prizes
Prizes must be claimed by:
- AFL prize: 5pm (ACST) on 02/10/2026
- NRL prize: 5pm (ACST) on 10/10/2026
If any major prize remains unclaimed by these dates, SureShot will re-award the prize to the next highest scoring tipper in the respective competition.
3. Use of SureShot Tipping
Permitted Use: For personal, non-commercial use. No reproduction or redistribution of website content for commercial purposes without permission.
Prohibitions: No fraudulent use, multiple account creations for deceptive purposes, or any activity that disrupts the website's operability or security.
4. Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to SureShot Tipping Pty Ltd. Use of the site content is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Third-Party Websites
SureShot Tipping is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites accessed through our site. Interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk.
6. Liability
While we strive for accuracy, SureShot Tipping does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information provided. We will not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the website.
7. Privacy and Personal Information

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
